We have designated Friday's as FITNESS FRIDAY'S, this season, at Roseland Waterpark.  Join an instructor from the Canandaigua YMCA for a FREE Zumba lesson on the Pepsi Stage, in front of Roseland Cafe, from 12noon-12:50pm.  Zumba is a great way to have fun and exercise at the same time.  If you have never tried Zumba come on out and give it a try.  If you have tried Zumba, then show us your moves.
