Launching Pad

A 400' Magic Carpet Surface Lift has replaced the Mighty Mite Rope Tow on the Launching Pad beginner area. The new lift's conveyor belt technology has become a snowsports industry standard as it provides beginner skiers and riders easy, user friendly access to the slopes, no matter what their age. The new Lunar Launch lift which has a thirty inch wide belt that glides along flush with the surface of the snow will increase our uphill capacity from 700 to 1500 riders per hour.
Ski Patrol

On Saturday, June 28 more than 60 local volunteers joined forces with New Energy Works Timberframers to begin raising a new mountain top ski patrol building at the Bristol Mountain Winter Resort.
Snowmaking

Ten new Areco fan guns have been installed on the Upper Galaxy trail. The airless fans are more efficient and will increase our snowmaking capability on the mountain.

Mountain Operations:

With the addition of water, sewer, and fiber optic lines running from base to summit Bristol Mountain now has the ability to expand facilities in the future on the mountain allowing for running water and bathrooms at various locations on the mountain. |
