Park Policies:
- Please don't run. We are concerned with your well-being and do not want you to fall or become injured.
- We are a "family-oriented" park and ask that our guests refrain from using foul language. Smoking is not allowed inside the park.
- Several of our attractions have height regulations; 48" is the magic number! You must be 48" tall to use the speed slides (Twister and Cliff). If you are less than 48" tall an adult must accompany you on the Extreme Tube Rides. The Splash Factory is only for children under 48" and they must be accompanied by an adult.
- Non-swimmers need to stay behind the first black line in the wave pool as the pool depth increases rapidly after that point. A limited number of life vests are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests who are concerned about their ability to swim.
- Cut off jeans or bathing suits with rivets or sharp points will not be permitted on any of the attractions. Guests will not be allowed to use the speed slides if they are wearing jewelry (unfortunately, jewelry can scratch the slides and cause considerable damage to them).
- We recommend that valuables not be brought to the park. Locker rentals are available to secure your personal items while in the park.
- Lost and found items may be claimed at the Guest Services window of the Ticketing and Admissions Office.
- Our First Aid Center is located in the Operations Building at the far end of the picnic grove area.
- In the event of inclement weather, we will keep the park open until we have determined that lightning is imminent. At that time we will ask everyone to exit the park to their car or bus. As your group members exit the park they should have their hand stamped on the way out for re-entry after the storm passes.
Life vests are available at no charge or deposit to our customers.
