NYS Licensed Child Care Program
The Child Care Center is located on the second floor of the Sunset Lodge and provides high-quality care for children ages 18 months-12 years old. The Child Care Center operates year round on weekdays from 7 am - 6 pm. Pre-registration is required for full or part-time child care services (for skier babysitting information please scroll farther down on this page). Our dedicated, enthusiastic staff provides children with a happy, safe, and stimulating atmosphere which encourages growth mentally and physically. Daily activities, art projects, and plenty of outdoor play provide fun and variety every day. Lunches and snacks are provided and are approved by a nutritionist.
With any child care program, you expect a secure, nurturing environment with nutritious meals and plenty of activities to encourage growth and learning. While there are quite a few child care options that meet these expectations, very few engender the simple joys of being a child. At Bristol Mountain, we believe our Child Care Center offers all of this, in addition to providing a level of comfort to parents.
The Child Care Center has no TV, no video games, and nothing artificial or simulated. There is a 300 acre playground filled with magical destinations like "The Alligator Swamp Woods" and "The Secret Garden" to give kid's bodies and imaginations plenty of exercise and room to grow. When you're choosing child care for your child remember, their time is precious too.

Children, ages 4 and older, enrolled full-time in the child care center program may participate in the Children's Learning Center lesson program and learn to ski.

Skier Babysitting Program
Moms and dads can enjoy skiing while their children are happily playing in our Child Care Center. Skier babysitting is available for children ages 18 months to 5th grade. Advance reservations are not required. A 2-hour minimum is enforced. Skier babysitting is offered during the ski season from opening day through end of season as follows:
Early Season - Ski Season Opening Day to Mid-December
Open daily 9 am - 5 pm
Peak Season - Mid-December to Mid-March
Monday through Friday 9 am - 6 pm
Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 6 pm
Spring Season - Mid-March to Ski Season Closing Day
Open daily 8 am - 5 pm
A nutritious lunch is served at 11:30 am, with a morning snack served at 9 am and afternoon snack served at 3 pm.
First Child - $9 per hour
Second Child, Same Family - $8 per hour
Mountain Fun Summer Program
Bristol Mountain also offers a Mountain Fun Summer Program that runs from June through August, Monday-Friday, 9 am - 4 pm. It is a 10-week summer camp for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. The program is $146/week or $36/day and child care is also available before and after the program (7-9 am and 4-6 pm).
