The Bristol Brigade
Season-long coaching for all levels of skiers and snowboarders
Most local skiers and riders recognize the Bristol Brigade as a season-long instructional program available for children age 5-18 and adult 19 and older. With coaching sessions available for first timers to experts, partcicpants can choose various levels of coaching from basic skiing and riding, racing, park and pipe, and the bumps. These programs are designed to take your skiing or snowboarding skills to a new level while making new friends, and participating in a series of fun activities extended only to program participants.
This season's activities include a special cookout/picnic at the summit grill, a day of on-hill races and games, celebrating someone's birthday party, and the end of brigade party. If it sounds like the brigade is a social event, that's because it is. The relaxed fun learning environment is a perfect way to meet new friends and develop relationships that last long past the end of the season.

Ages 5-7
Participants must be skiing at the intermediate level and capable of skiing all intermediate (blue square) terrain. Snowboarding is not available for this program. Daily lessons are available for beginners.
Junior Brigade
Ages 8-18
Join a friend or make new ones. The Junior Brigade accepts all ability levels from the beginner to advanced for either skiing or snowboarding.
Forerunners
Ages 8-18
For advanced to expert skiers, ages 8-18, Forerunners introduces participants to the basic fundamentals of ski racing as well as personal skiing development. On March 14th, the Forerunners will finish the season by competing in the Bristol Mountain Race Club Championships. Trophies will be awarded to all age groups for girls and boys.
Mogulrunners
Ages 8-18
Mogulrunners (part of the Freestyle Team) is designed to introduce intermediate and advanced skiers to freestyle skiing. It is not designed for those wishing to compete on a regular basis, but if participants develop an interest in competing in local events, the Freestyle Team coaching staff will provide coaching at those events.
Parkrunners
Ages 8-18
Parkrunners introduces intermediate and advanced skiers or snowboarders to the terrain parks. Basic skills of riding the pipe, rails, and big air hits are developed. Safe use and etiquette within the park is stressed. Participants will also be instructed in flat terrain and moguls.
Mountainrunners
Ages 8-18

This 12 week program was designed for the young skiers and riders who would like to expand their skills to a variety of snowsports. Like all the other runners programs, the Moutainrunners is a twelve week program starting December 20th and ending March 14th.
Mogulmasters
Ages 19+
Whether you are interested in dominating at "Bump This" or desire the ability to link comfortable turns in the bumps, this is your program. Coaches will demonstrate proper technique and show you how easy it is to master the moguls! For the real adventurous souls, we will spend time working on jumping, but if you would rather keep your feet on the ground, that's cool too.
Adult Brigade
Ages 19+
The Adult Brigade it is offered to all skiing or snowboarding ability levels from beginner to advanced. Put a group of six to eight of your friends together and make your own brigade group. Ski fast, ski slow, take a break when you want and express-line it to the summit. If your skiing/riding on your own, the Adult Brigade is a great way to meet other skiers/riders of the same ability ready to hit the slopes.
The New Ladies Brigade

The Wednesday Ladies Brigade is the perfect mid-week solution for ladies to get out of the house. Beginner to experienced skiers or snowboarders welcome. This season the Ladies Brigade promises to be special.
